We are transforming 3 former commercial spaces into 5 fully-fledged and luxurious city residences, ideally located just a ten-minute walk from the center of Valencia and around the corner of the central station.

The apartments are carefully designed with high-quality finishes and each feature two bedrooms. Upon completion, the residences will be sold individually.
