Cos'è la piattaforma di pagamento online?

Landed engages Online Payment Platform B.V. (OPP) for all payment processing and fund-handling services. OPP is a licensed payment institution supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) under licence number R124325, authorising it to provide regulated payment services throughout the Netherlands and the entire European Economic Area (EEA).

Until a project is successfully funded, all Investor funds are held in a fully segregated, ring-fenced third-party escrow account (stichting derdengelden) managed exclusively by OPP. Landed has no access, no disposal rights, and no form of control whatsoever over these funds prior to that moment. Funds held in this escrow account do not accrue interest and are not covered by the Dutch deposit guarantee scheme (depositogarantiestelsel), as the account qualifies as a safeguarded payment account rather than a bank deposit.
