What is my investor ID and where can I find it?
Your Landed investor ID is a unique code that identifies your Landed account. It is primarily used in the following situations:
- To identify transactions between you, Online Payment Platform and your Landed account
- To identify your account when communicating with our support team
On the Landed website, you can find your investor ID by logging in and clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
