Security held by Stichting Zekerheden Landed
The independent security foundation represents investors and holds the rights to enforce their interests.
Stichting Zekerheden Landed operates independently to protect your interests. It manages all securities and, in the event of a default, can take action on your behalf—such as enforcing a sale or negotiating loan modifications. The foundation is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (94616884). You can find the deeds of incorporation here.
First ranking security
If there is no bank debt, the loan to the SPV is protected by a first-ranking security on the property. This right is enforceable by the securities agent through a pledge right.
Pledge on rental income
In addition, the rental income is pledged to the securities agent as security for our investors.
First right to purchase
In projects with bank debt, investors have the first right to buy the project at a set price.

We build and fund only our own projects
We handle all construction in-house and don't rely on external contractors. This allows us to make all design decisions and deliver a high-quality product.
With our proven track record, we manage both financing and construction in-house. This reduces the risk of budget overruns and provides greater security for our investors.
Conservatively financed
We cap the loan-to-value ratio at 80% for each project. This typically provides a sufficient buffer to protect against unexpected market downturns.
We provide secure investments with a maximum LTV ratio of 80% and a 20% buffer. Funding is limited to property-related costs and each project is independently appraised for transparency and reliability.
Protecting uninvested funds
Landed holds investors' uninvested funds separately from its own assets.
We keep your funds safe by holding them in separate accounts, apart from our own. All investment funds are securely managed through Online Payment Platform and are only available for Landed when an investment is made.
