How do I add money to my Valvest wallet?

There are multiple ways to add money to your Valvest account. You can start the process on the wallet page in your account.

If you prefer to transfer money via bank transfer, you can create the bank transfer request. Please ensure you transfer the exact amount and use the same description as shown. If you do not use the exact description, your money is automatically transfered back into your account. In case of a difference in payment, it will be hold until you pay the leftover amount.

When your funds are transferred, they should be credited to your account within 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail when this is successful.
