Can I add money from an account that is not in my name?

As required by law, deposits are only accepted from bank accounts in the same name as the Valvest investor account. If you make a transfer from a joint account, we may ask you to provide additional proof of payment to verify that you are one of the account holders. If we receive a deposit from a bank account that belongs to someone else, we will either add the funds to the Valvest account of that person after confirming their investor ID or return the transfer to the sender.
