How did Landed start?

Landed, founded in 2021, began as a real estate developer for private equity investors. Initially outsourcing construction, we soon brought it in-house to meet tight schedules, maintain quality, and oversee projects more effectively. This shift allows us to deliver projects on time with superior quality.

In mid-2024, we launched our co-investment platform that lets individuals invest in our projects from just €100. This platform opens the real estate market to smaller investors, offering returns and guarantees without the high entry cost or hassle of direct management. It’s a seamless way to gain the benefits of real estate investment with minimal barriers.
