What makes Landed different from other platforms?

Landed is an all-in-house investment platform focused on European real estate. We make real estate investing simple and accessible to the modern investor, opening the real estate market to everyone - a world normally reserved only for the happy-few.

The returns are backed by rental income from the project, an additional return buffer, and the profits from developing (other) projects with our in-house construction team. Plus, investors receive a first row security package, providing extra stability and security to their investment in case we are required to sell the project on the market.

We charge no fees: all payments, transactions and disbursements are completely free. What we promise in returns is exactly what you will receive in your account. You can get in as little as €100 and choose which project you invest in, the interest is paid monthly.
