How does Landed make money?
Landed earns money by developing real estate projects, selling completed projects, or renting them out.
When a project is rented out (or sold), a buffer remains after all investors have received their promised returns or principal payment, this buffer is Landed’s profit as compensation for providing a 20% subordinated loan per project.
Interest payments to investors always take priority. Investors are paid first, before Landed makes any profit. In short, we only earn once we have fully met our obligations to investors.
