Which regulations apply to Valvest.io?

Valvest.io has informed the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) about its activities. Currently, we don't need to publish an AFM-approved prospectus for issuing bonds because our total offers stay below €5 million over a 12-month period.

Even though we have this exemption, we are preparing a prospectus and plan to get it approved by the AFM before our investment volume in the Netherlands exceeds €5 million.
