Is Valvest licensed by any financial authority?

At present, as our annual capital raise is below the €5 million threshold per year we do not yet need a license from the dutch Authority of Financial Markets (AFM). However, we are in the final stage of registering our prospectus to the AFM and adding some of our latest projects to this registration. In the meantime, each project we offer is processed by the AFM, and we provide information documents that adhere to AFM standards.
