How does Valvest make money?

We earn our money by developing real estate projects and holding them as long-term investments.

For each project, we ensure that, after paying interest to investors, a financial buffer remains. This buffer is paid out to Valvest as a performance bonus.

Interest payments to investors always take priority. Investors are paid first, before we make any profit. In other words, we only earn once we have fully met our obligations to investors.
