What is my investor ID and where can I find it?

Your Valvest investor ID is a unique code that identifies your Valvest account. It is primarily used in the following situations:

• To identify transactions between you, Online Payment Platform and your Valvest account
• To identify your account when communicating with our support team

On the Valvest website, you can find your investor ID by logging in and clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
