How can I close my account?

You can request to close your account at any time by submitting an account closure request via our contact form. Be sure to include your registered email address and investor ID. We will close your account once all outstanding investments have matured and you have no pending payments or recovered amounts. Valvest cannot take over or write off your funds, nor can they be transferred to another investor.

Valvest may retain information about you and your transactions for the legally required period. Your data will be deleted after the retention periods specified in our Privacy Policy have expired.
